"Wonderful Service"

Dear Mr. Meade,

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful of a service I had at your location yesterday 4/27/10. Everyone has a smile on their face and was happy to see the customer. They were very curteous and friendly.

I can't remember everyone's names from the drivers, to the person who took my order, to the one that assisted me with the payment and the only one I remember his name was Shawn.

I appreciated the courtesy van that picked me up and dropped me off to the location. That is a plus. I have 3 little children and it's very hard to be in the waiting room and keep them quiet.

I appreciated the patience of the driver while I was placing all the car seats  in the courtesy van and then I couldn't leave them when we arrived at the location in order to pay the bill and one of your representative assist me with it and I was able to stay with my children in the van.

I wasn't expecting the wonderful service and courtesy.

"Extra Effort"

I cannot express how impressed I am with the degree of kindness, integrity, and caring that Marty showed towards my mother. I live outside the state of Michigan and I worry about my mother. Marty took care of everything. She took the additional time to stay with my mother during the rental car process and she called me several times to let me know the status of the car. She reassured me that everything was taken care of. I am so appreciative of the extra effort and time that Marty spent with my mother to make sure that everything went smoothly for her. My mother is so pleased with the work that was done, and we are both especially pleased with the special kindness in which she was treated.

"Above & Beyond"

I wanted to thank you for everything! My car looks wonderful and everyone involved with it has been so friendly and efficient. Everything that you said would happen really did and that doesn't always happen for me so I really appreciate it. My 16 year old son is going to a high school dance tonight and asked to take the Escape (the rental) - I told him he couldn't because it wasn't allowed, but then I was able to tell him I was getting my car back today. It was such a nice surprise to find out that you had it detailed-Kyle says thank you, too! You have gone above and beyond what I expected and I just wanted you to know how much it is appreciated.

I really need to recognize Paul for his outstanding service accomplishments. Paul has gone above and beyond my expectations of quality and service. The service experience at Meade Collision has been outstanding due to Paul. Believe me when I say I am extremely particular and sensitive to quality and service. I own a service company and know when to recognize employees exceeding their job role. Paul is that kind of employee.
